Ingredients for 5 U.S. gal (19L)

  • 4.15 lbs 2-row 2.25L British pale malt (mash)
  • 1.25 lbs crystal malt (mash)
  • 0.33 lb wheat malt (mash)
  • 0.33 lb chocolate malt (mash)
  • 3.3 lbs pale liquid extract (boil)
  • 1.25 oz Fuggle pellets (3.5%) (boil)
  • 1 oz English Kent Goldings pellets (4.8%) (boil)
  • 0.25 oz Fuggle pellets (3.5%) (steep)
  • 0.25 oz English Kent Goldings pellets (4.8%) (steep)
  • 1 gm calcium carbonate
  • London Ale (Yeast Lab A03, 750 mL starter)
