Ingredients for 5 U.S. gal (19L)
- 9.9 lbs Muntons extra light liquid (boil)
- 3.3 lbs Muntons amber liquid (boil)
- 2 lbs crystal malt (mash)
- 0.25 lb chocolate malt (mash)
- 0.25 lb roasted barley (mash)
- 2 oz Tettnanger whole leaf (4%, 60 minute boil)
- 1 oz Fuggles pellets (4.8%, 30 minute boil)
- 1 oz Fuggles pellets (4.8%, 5 minute boil)
- Yeast Lab Bavarian Lager (L32, 600 mL starter)

Boiling time: 60 minutes
Primary fermentation: 6 days at 72 F
Secondary fermentation: 73 days at 40 F
Notes: Mash grains at 160 for 30 minutes.
