the Mocha Porter Strikes Back!

here is a tentative list of ingedients tell me if you have any suggestions:

  • 9 lbs. british pale malt
  • 1 lbs. flaked oatmeal
  • 1 lbs. chocolate malt
  • .5 lbs. black patent malt
  • 3 lbs klages
  • 3 lbs. pale dry extract
  • .5 lbs brown sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz. bullion hops
  • 2 oz. Northern brewer
  • 2 oz. Willamette
  • 1 oz. fuggles
  • 1 oz. cascade and another oz. for finishing

Hard core eh.

  • 1 lb. fine ground coffee
  • 1 lb. Baker's Chocolate
